Measuring room

For the measurement of workpieces, we use 3D measuring machine brand DEA Global with a size of 700 × 1000 × 700. The measuring machine is arranged in a specially insulated room in which the temperature is kept constant. The measurements are carried out using the PC-DIMIS software. The machine is inspected annually and calibrated in 3D, on this basis also the calibration certificate is obtained. With the help of the measuring machine or measurements, we provide our customers the accuracy of the services and the verification of the appropriateness of products.

To measure larger workpieces, we use LASER LEICA ABSOLUTE TRACKER AT960, which can measure workpieces up to 60 meters in length. The laser tracker ensures an accurate measurement with a length of 6 m up to 0.03 mm. The PolyWorks® software also makes us possible to scan 3D workpieces.
